Estos Términos del Servicio ("Términos") regulan el acceso y uso del sitio web y de los servicios prestados por Alan Meglio, persona física con domicilio en Buenos Aires, Argentina ("nosotros", "yo" o "el Proveedor"). Al usar el sitio o contratar los servicios, aceptás estos Términos.
Al acceder al sitio, contactarnos o contratar cualquier servicio, declarás haber leído, entendido y aceptado estos Términos y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices el sitio ni los servicios.
Ofrecemos diseño y desarrollo de productos digitales: sistemas a medida, sitios web, automatizaciones e integraciones, incluyendo soluciones que utilizan las plataformas de Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform, Inicio de sesión con Facebook e Instagram/Marketing API). El alcance específico de cada proyecto se define en un acuerdo o propuesta por separado.
Los servicios que utilizan plataformas de Meta están sujetos, además de a estos Términos, a las políticas y condiciones de Meta:
El usuario y el cliente se comprometen a usar estas integraciones de forma lícita, a no enviar spam ni mensajes no solicitados, y a obtener el consentimiento de los destinatarios cuando corresponda.
El contenido del sitio (textos, diseño, marca, código propio) pertenece a Alan Meglio, salvo indicación contraria. Los entregables de cada proyecto se rigen por el acuerdo correspondiente. No se permite reproducir ni reutilizar el contenido del sitio sin autorización.
El sitio y los servicios se ofrecen "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". No garantizamos que el servicio sea ininterrumpido o libre de errores. Las plataformas de terceros (Meta, proveedores de pago, hosting) pueden sufrir interrupciones ajenas a nuestro control.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del sitio o los servicios, ni por fallas de plataformas de terceros.
Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso a los servicios ante un incumplimiento de estos Términos o de las políticas de las plataformas integradas. El cliente puede dar de baja un servicio conforme a lo pactado en su acuerdo.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, salvo norma imperativa en contrario.
Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. La versión vigente se publicará en esta página con su fecha de actualización.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website and services provided by Alan Meglio, an individual based in Buenos Aires, Argentina ("we", "I", or "the Provider"). By using the site or hiring the services, you accept these Terms.
By accessing the site, contacting us, or hiring any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
We offer digital product design and development: custom systems, websites, automations, and integrations, including solutions that use Meta's platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Login, and Instagram/Marketing API). The specific scope of each project is defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Services that use Meta platforms are subject, in addition to these Terms, to Meta's policies and conditions:
The user and client agree to use these integrations lawfully, not to send spam or unsolicited messages, and to obtain recipients' consent where required.
The site content (text, design, brand, proprietary code) belongs to Alan Meglio unless otherwise stated. Project deliverables are governed by the corresponding agreement. Reproducing or reusing the site content without authorization is not permitted.
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party platforms (Meta, payment providers, hosting) may experience outages beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or services, nor for third-party platform failures.
We may suspend or terminate access to the services upon a breach of these Terms or of the integrated platforms' policies. The client may cancel a service as agreed in their contract.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
